Love the refills and I love the sticky backs!
For the price I paid for this instant printer - wow!Paper is affordable, and quality is excellent
I have always been a picture album girl and I am so sad that this is now becoming a thing of the past. I bought this to help with my junk journal and I love the fact that they can stick to basically anything. I also just them to print photos of my goddaughter every month that she achieves leading up to her one year birthday
This sticky-backed photo paper for the Nelko pocket printer is adorable - type and all. The design is called "Sweet Hearts", but my box says "Sweat Hearts", which made me laugh, especially because the actual paper is very pretty and not sweaty at all. I've opened one of the two 10-sheet packets so far and already seen at least 10 different designs, which keeps the prints from looking too repetitive, although it doesn't give you the chance to reprint a misprint with a specific design.Since this is Nelko's own brand of paper, it works perfectly with the printer, just as I expected. Prints come out vibrant and clear, very much in line with what you'd want from a little photo printer for journaling, scrapbooking, or labeling. The sticker backing is thicker than I personally prefer, and for journaling, this may end up being an issue. On the plus side, it sticks extremely well - one test sticker on a plastic container has stayed put through a week of daily handling without peeling or lifting at the edges. The only downside for me is the price, which feels a bit high for just 20 sheets, especially if you plan to print a lot. If you're okay paying a bit extra for cute, themed, branded paper that prints and sticks reliably, it's a fun option; just know you're paying more for the aesthetic and name than for sheer sheet count.
I don’t have the Nelko printer this paper is designed for, so this review is focused on the paper quality itself.I’ve been testing this photo sticker paper on and off whenever I needed a little catharsis, and it’s impressive. Even without the printer it’s meant for, you can tell the quality is high. The leaf design looks clean and not cheesy, and the finish feels like a nice semi‑gloss. The water resistance is excellent. I wrote on one sheet with a regular Sharpie, forgot about it until the next day, and the ink didn’t smudge at all. Then I soaked the whole thing under the faucet. The paper curled a little while wet, but the ink stayed put. Once it dried, I peeled it off the backing and stuck it to paper with no issues - you’d never guess it had been drenched.I also tested how strong the sticker layer is. When I tore the paper underneath, the tear stopped right under the photo sticker instead of ripping through it, so the sticker actually reinforces the page.I repeated the test with a fine‑point Sharpie pen, smudged it immediately (no smudge), soaked it again, dried it, peeled it, and stuck it down. Same result - no smearing, no lifting, no problems. For curiosity’s sake, I also tried intentionally tearing the sticker paper itself. You can tear it if you mean to, and once torn, each piece adhered well to my paper, came up without damaging the paper and restuck without fuss. One corner didn’t fully adhere back down, but most of it did, and it wasn’t going anywhere unless I pulled it off. I think you can see the bit of raised torn edge in the last photo. For $12.99 you get two packs of 10 sheets (20 total), and based on how well this held up to me trying to wreck it, I think it’s a great value. Now I really want to try the printer it’s designed for - if the paper is this good, I’m curious how well the printer performs.
This product is a lesson in reading carefully what you are ordering. I read the first line of the description and say "premium stick back photo paper" and ordered this thinking it was for regular printers. I assumed Nelko was just a brand name, as I didn't know that that is a pocket printer. If I'd kept reading a line or two down, I would have clearly seen "pocket printer." So sadly I can't review this based upon it's true function as I do not have a pocket printer. I did my best to test out what I could, which was the visual appearance and it's stickiness. It appears to be good quality feel, without being *too* glossy as some photo paper can be. I have to remove a star because it didn't stick as well as the printer paper I am used to. It wasn't a disaster, but it's less strong an adherence.

With strong adhesive and great results, it’s a great buy for Nelko printer users. Highly recommend.
I recently purchased the Nelko PP03 mini photo printer, which does come with additional sticker photos, but they were just plain ones, so these sticker photo papers with stars give it characters. I really like these, as I am in the process of creating and comprising a beautiful and memorable scrapbook to be gifted to my man for our anniversary. The love that these photo paper has a matte texture, and they're not the glossy kind which can leave fingerprint. The color is vibrant and the adhesive sticks well.
I love my little printer. But I’m having a problem finding the ink waste container replacement. Do you have any advice?
Easy to load and great quality. Just separate them before inserting in the printer. They can stick together. Compatible with printer and high quality.
