TERMS OF PURCHASE

SECTION 1 - ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 Applicability: These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders placed through the Nelko Website. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
1.2 Electronic Communications: You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
SECTION 2 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RESTRICTIONS
2.1 Order Confirmation: The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Nelko reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
2.2 Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it is not possible to cancel or make any changes. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
2.3 No Reselling: Nelko sells products to end customers for private use only. It is strictly prohibited to purchase products for resale or commercial export. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed for resale.
2.4 Minors: We do not sell products to minors. If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the permission of a legal representative.
SECTION 3 - PRICING & PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing and Payment Methods: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of encrypted payment methods including major credit cards and authorized third-party payment gateways. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
3.2 Payment Security & Processing: All payments are processed through secure, third-party service providers. Nelko does not store your full credit card information. You consent to receive sales invoices electronically via the email address provided at checkout.
3.3 Taxes & Duties: For shipments to the US and EU, all products are sold on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the final price at checkout.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY & INSPECTION
4.1 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Nelko is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.
4.2 Reporting Period: You must inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for missing, incorrect, or failed deliveries must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. Nelko may be unable to accept claims or provide replacements after this 7-day period.
SECTION 5 - TITLE & RISK OF LOSS
5.1 Property in Products: All products remain Nelko’s property until they have been fully paid for. You are obligated to handle the products with due care until title has transferred.
5.2 Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon actual physical delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 Product Usage: All information on the website is for informational purposes only. Please always read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the products before use.
6.2 Force Majeure: Nelko is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport issues.
6.3 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
