SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ORIGIN

1.1 Areas Covered: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. Territories.

1.2 Multiple Warehouses: Depending on your location and stock availability, orders may ship from our U.S.-based warehouses or our international fulfillment centers.

1.3 Restrictions: Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only. We are unable to ship to Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or PO Box addresses at this time.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

2.1 Standard Processing: Orders typically require 1–2 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

2.2 Peak Periods: Processing times may be longer during new product launches, limited promotions, or holidays.

SECTION 3 - PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Payment & Order Placement: By placing a pre-order for Nelko products, you acknowledge and agree that the full purchase price will be charged at the time of checkout. This payment ensures your priority in our production and fulfillment queue.

3.2 Estimated Shipping Timeline: The shipping dates provided on the product page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these windows, actual shipping dates may be subject to change due to production schedules, supply chain fluctuations, or logistics factors. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.

3.3 Combined Shipping for Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

3.4 Address Modifications: You may request to update your shipping address for a pre-order by contacting support@nelko.net at least 72 hours before the estimated shipping window begins. Once an order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" status, no further modifications can be made.

3.5 Cancellation and Refunds: You have the right to cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage. Once the order has been processed for shipment, our standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY ESTIMATES & ACCEPTANCE

4.1 Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

4.2 Receipt & Sign-off: To ensure safety, we recommend being present to accept the package. Nelko is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after the carrier confirms delivery to the specified address.

SECTION 5 - TRACKING & CANCELLATION

5.1 Tracking Issues: Once a tracking number is provided, Nelko has access to the same information as you. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues. If you cannot reach a solution, please contact our support team.

5.2 Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have reached “Shipped” status.

SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

6.1 Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside the U.S., we aim to send packages with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP). However, customers are responsible for any unexpected local customs fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
