When the app opens Hep or other pages, I get “Please check the network.”
These modules in the app are linked to an external website, such as our website or Amazon store page, which requires network access. To clear the message:
Check that your device has access to the internet;
Make sure the app has been granted permission to access the network.
Use left/right arrows to navigate the slideshow or swipe left/right if using a mobile device
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
Press the space key then arrow keys to make a selection.
